The Aloha Post — Cancellation Policy

The Aloha Post is a cancel-anytime membership. Your plan renews automatically — the Monthly Membership at $15/month, or The Year of Aloha at $144/year — until you choose to cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing aloha@sendyouraloha.com, and you won't be charged again; any cards already paid for will still be sent.

Gift memberships are prepaid, one-time purchases: every card is delivered, then it simply ends — no subscription, no auto-renew.

The Aloha Promise: if your very first Aloha Post doesn't move you to send a meaningful note, email aloha@sendyouraloha.com within 14 days of receiving your first card and we'll refund you in full.
